Is it designed for primary and secondary school?
Yes. AulaPro is designed for primary and secondary school teachers and for teacher training students, around Spain's LOMLOE curriculum.
What can the AI create?
Learning situations, rubrics, assessment targets, key competences reports, worksheets and escape rooms. It also proposes assessments from a piece of work and reads your timetable from an image.
Does the AI cost anything?
Not on Google's free plan. You get around 20 requests a day with the Flash model for the big tasks. If you run out, the app carries on with Flash-Lite until 9:00.
Does the AI see my students' names?
No. Before anything is sent, AulaPro replaces names with codes.
Do I need to create an account?
No. Install AulaPro and get started. No sign-up and no password.
Where is my students' data stored?
On your device and nowhere else. AulaPro has no server.
Is it a subscription?
Not if you buy it during the launch: you pay €6.99 once and your licence never expires. From 16 April 2027, new licences will cost €11.99 a year.
Is there a price for groups or schools?
Yes. There are packs for 5, 10, 20 and 30 teachers, from €3.33 per teacher, with a single key for the whole group and 2 devices per teacher. For more than 30 teachers, write to [email protected].
Which devices does it run on?
On Windows computers and on Android devices. On Windows it updates itself. One purchase covers Windows and Android, on up to two devices. The Mac version will come later. On Android, the app is a free download on Google Play and is activated with your licence.
Can I share work with other teachers?
Yes. Shared work runs without going through any server, and the change log shows who changed what and when.
What if it is not right for me?
You have 14 days from purchase to ask for a refund, no questions asked. All the details are in the terms of sale.
